If you are dissatisfied with our services or want to raise an issue regarding your account or activity with us, please contact our Customer Support Department via email at contact@bdteurope.de.

Our Customer Support Representatives will confirm receipt of your email within 1 business day and will strive to resolve your query and/or grievance in a prompt manner.

If you are displeased with the response you received, then you may raise the issue further with our Compliance Department following the Company’s Complaints Handling Procedure.

The Company remains committed to addressing and resolving all queries and/or issues brought forward by its Clients in a prompt and satisfactory manner.
